A few months ago I started a diet program. I changed my eating habits, started doing exercises and took a weight loss pill. It worked really well. I lost a lot of weight and now I am happy with the results.
I am not taking any pills now. I am just controlling what I eat. I went to the doctor and everything is fine. It wasn´t that difficult and I hope I will keep the diet. I don´t want to eat junk food anymore.
