If you eat too much you will get fat, right? I don´t think it is entirely true. I was reading a magazine another day and they were showing some research results about this subject.

It looks like the genetic factor plays a more important rule that we thought. It doesn´t mean that you have to start eating like a crazy just because your parents are thin.

But maybe this would mean that you shouldn´t take so many diet pills and act like a mad person just because you are a little fat.

Maybe this is the body you should have. If you feel well with yourself and your health is good, why torture yourself?

I see that this is a time when we have to take care of our money. This crisis is taking over the world and I don´t think my country will be spared. At least we are used to this kind of crisis over here.

I remember a few years ago when we had a high inflation and lots of financial problems. Now that I see big countries going through the same problems I wish I could say that everything is going to be alright.

Human beings can adapt to everything. It is a very important feature that makes us so unique. There are many things that are more important than money. Family, health, happiness, and many other positive things are more important than any amount of money. This are things that can´t be saved in a cash drawer.

When you see your self in so many problems, remember that in a few years, or maybe only a few months, all those problems will look like old and non important. Just wait and see.

I am not a fashion person. I mean I don´t go after things that everyone is buying just because it is a fashion icon. I am kind of conservative, I guess.

But even a person like me admits that there are many products that are famous not only because it is a fashion icon but because it brings quality. I think that things like Channel perfumes, Prada shoes, Oscar de la Renta products, and many things like that are really valuable and they would still be valuable even if they weren´t a fashion product.

I still don´t use products that expensive. I think I can spend my money on a lot of things that would be more useful.

It is a good thing to live in a tropical country. We don´t have storms, earthquakes, hurricanes or things like that. On the other hand we don´t have snow. That´s a bad thing. I wish I could see the snow on Christmas like many countries around the Globe.

I know that there are many bad things about the snow, like having to use snow chains so you can drive, or having to clean the streets so you can park your car.

I don´t think I would care for these kind of problems. The snow is so beautiful.
